SSJ Gotenks is heavily implied to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku with no contradictions whatsoever. Gotenks improves so much in the RoSaT that he goes from not having a chance in hell against initial Super Boo as a SSJ to possibly being able to manage something in Base. Him getting his a*** firmly handed to him doesn't negate Piccolo's initial impressions. Stack a 400x Base-SSJ3 on top of that and having Super Boo over 1000x SPC isn't asking for much at all. I disagree with a few points but he didn't say x1000 he said x10000 that's a way bigger number.

Gotenks becomes many times higher than his Super-Saiyan in the RoSaT, so he becomes at-least more than 50x more powerful. On-top of that different power-ups (I don't use official stuff).

I used to use a 10x multiplier for SSJ2, just to make the gaps more pronounced and therefore the reactions (mostly to FPPC) to make more sense. Last time I checked, I had Evil Boo about 1,200x stronger than SSJ3 Goku, but it's been a while since I've done anything like that.

With that I'd have the gaps something like: SPC: 1 SSJ Gotenks pre: 5 Base Gotenks post: 10 SSJ: 500 SSJ2: 2,500 SSJ3: 10,000 Super Boo: 10,000 (for simplicity's sake) Boom. Super Boo 10,000x SPC. Edit: And putting SSJ Gotenks pre that low means Base Gotenks pre is an ant, which doesn't really make sense. If I make his Base SSJ2-tier then the gap is blown to ridiculous proportions. This SPC will be weaker than even SSJ Gotenks Post Rosat, I mean Base Gotenks Post Rosat >> SPC and SSJ is a 50x boost while you gave him 20x so yeah he gets murdered by SSJ Gotenks post.
